1- How can I check the balance of my Cosmekia card?

After associating your Cosmekia card to your account in our online store access the area "My account" and then you can check the associate card number and corresponding balance.

 

2 - Can I discount the balance of Cosmekia Card even by choosing the option to buy without creating an account?

No. This option is only available to customers with account created in our online store.

 

3 - Can I use my credit card or Cosmekia Loyalty Card even if I choose to buy without creating an account?

No. This option is only available to customers with account created in our online store.

 

4 - When shopping online I am also benefiting from the loyalty program?

Yes, will automatically be associated, accumulating in balance in the card 1 point for every € 1 in purchases. The limitation period is 12 months points. Failure to use the card for a period of 12 months implies the elimination of the accumulated value.

 

5 - Is the balance of my Cosmekia Card valid?

The balance of the Cosmekia Card will be valid from the day after its issue and will have a term of use of 6 months, which period will be renewable for each purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise by Cosmekia.

 

6 - Is it mandatory to use the entire balance of my Cosmekia card in one purchase?

No, you will be able to choose exactly the amount that you want to discount when paying the online order.

 

7 - If you make an online purchase with a discount card, how long will it take to be available on my card?

Credit card is only available after reception of the order.

The Cosmekia card is a card that allows you to accumulate discounts to use exclusively in Cosmekia stores, including the online store.

 

2 - Will I have to pay for the card?

No, Cosmekia card is free.

 

3- What are the advantages of the Cosmekia card?

The Cosmekia card offers you several advantages:

Access to Exclusive Campaigns

Offer the best discounts on the best brands

Possibility of payment of purchases with accumulated balance

Valid at Cosmekia stores in Portugal and Spain including www.cosmekia.pt

     

4 - How can I use the accumulated balance? Do I have a deadline to use it?

The accumulated balance is valid from the day after the issue and can be used in whole or in part in the purchases you make at Cosmekia. The validity of the points is 12 months from the date of invoice.

 

5 - Can the Cosmekia card have more than one holder?

The Cosmekia card allows each account to be associated with several cards.

 

6 - Can I use the discounts with the various cards?

You can use the discounts with any of the cards, since they are all associated with the same account. If you wish to inhibit any of the cards from using the discounts, simply contact Customer Service.

 

7 - I want to change my personal data (address and contacts), how should I proceed?

You can change your data directly on the site www.cosmekia.pt or by calling Customer Service.

 

8 - To whom should I report the loss of the card?

You should report the loss of your card at the Cosmekia store or via the website by sending an email to Customer Service.

 

9 - What will Cosmekia do with my personal data?

Your personal data are stored with total confidentiality and will be used exclusively for the promotional management of the Cosmekia card. The database of clients is authorized by the National Commission of Data Protection.
