DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available.
When all items are in stock, orders are shipped the same day or next day depending on the time and method of payment chosen. Otherwise, they will be shipped within the maximum period indicated in the articles by order.
Orders are processed on the business days of the Portuguese national calendar. Orders for delivery in Continental Portugal processed until 15:00 GMT are usually shipped the same day. When processed after this time, they are shipped the next business day.
Delivery time of your order:
- Portugal Continental: 1 business day
- Madeira: up to 5 business days
- Azores: 7 to 11 business days
- European Community countries: up to 7 business days
- Countries outside the European Community: up to 15 working days
- Brazil Express: 6 to 15 business days
- Brazil: 10 to 22 business days
Delivery times can be extended in periods of great flow, as is the case of holiday periods and Christmas.
Situations of retention of orders at customs for inspection may delay delivery.
