In the product pages of our website www.cosmekia.pt we provide information on the essential feautures of our products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers, and photographs that illustrate the products marketed, in strict respect of the best standards in the market.

The prices of all products indicated on our website www.cosmekia.pt and its sub-domains are presented in euros, with taxes and fees included. The VAT included in all mentioned prices corresponds to the rate applicable to the day of the order. Any change to the applicable VAT rate will have immediate reflection on the prices of the products. However, COSMEKIA reserves the right to change prices at any time.

The prices and promotions shown on our website www.cosmekia.pt may change, and their availability may be related to limited time periods. Some offers may have a quantity limit per customer which, if applicable, will always be presented in the particular offer.

The costs of the shipping service are borne by the user and buyer, and add to the total value of the selected products. The user will be informed of these charges before confirming his request and completing the purchase process.

Due to the large number of products marketed on our website, and despite all our verification efforts, there is always a possibility of a possible incorrect pricing of an item. If SKPRO,LDA checks this situation during the processing of an order, you will immediately contact the respective customer, offering the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or, before canceling it.

In the event of a computer error, manual, technical or any other cause, causing a substantial change not foreseen by SKPRO,LDA in the retail price, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the request will be considered invalid and void.

There is the possibility of incurring stock break even after the order is placed, a situation that will be duly informed to the customer as well as the corresponding reversal.

The prices and products available on www.cosmekia.pt are only valid for purchase orders made through www.cosmekia.pt, and may not coincide with the prices charged in other Cosmekia stores, unless specifically indicated online promotions.

 

5 - Purchase Process

5.1 - Types of Purchase

5.1.1 - Quick purchase

This mode of purchase is limited to the indication of the name and e-mail address without the need for registration and account creation and consequent inclusion in our databases.

5.1.2 - Create an account

This purchase mode consists of the registration through indication of the name and electronic address with consequent creation of account and inclusion in our databases. With an account created, our customers will have the possibility to see their data automatically recognized whenever they visit our online store.

The account will act as the personal and private space where they will be associated, for example, Order Lists, last viewed products or transaction history. Our customers can also associate the Cosmekia Card, which works in the online store just like in our other Cosmekia stores. This personal account will also be associated with the sending of our newsletter and personalized promotions to the tastes and preferences of each one, as well as the location of the Cosmekia store closest to the indicated address. Our customers with a created account will have access to exclusive benefits.

5.2 - Payment methods

Buying Cosmekia online is safe, easy and convenient. Purchases following verified security protocols, simple and practical steps - non-limiting and without minimum purchase values. In the online store it is possible to pay with MB, Visa, Paypal or counter delivery in cash.

MB: choosing this option generates a reference for payment in the Cashier box. You must enter the Entity, Reference and the Total Amount of the order in the option Payments> Purchasing Payments. You have 3 days to make the payment, otherwise the order will not be confirmed.

Visa: payment by Visa card requires the input of valid credit card data. If the information is not valid, an error message will appear, making it impossible to complete the purchase. The total value of the order is automatically charged.

Paypal: use your Paypal account or create a new one to use whenever you make purchases at the Cosmekia online store. Save your personal data and payment details so you do not have to enter these data every time you place an order.

Cosmekia Card:You can activate your Cosmekia Card to make purchases in the online store. Just follow the steps in the end of the order.

6 - Order Tracking

To track your order go to the VASP website and enter the tracking code that you received in the shipping email in the search box.

7 - Warranty

All products marketed by our website are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty, 2 years, guaranteed by the respective brands. The warranty period is counted from the date of invoice of the product.

As stipulated by law, expenses incurred with the return and collection of products within the warranty period will be borne by SKPRO,LDA. Therefore, the customer can choose one of the following solutions: repair, replacement, adequate reduction of the price or resolution of the contract. To activate the guarantee, the customer must simply provide proof of purchase of the corresponding product.

SKPRO,LDA. undertakes to repair or replace within a maximum legal period of 30 days from the date it receives the customer's contact. The warranty period is considered suspended during the repair period of the product.

In order to be able to enjoy this right, the customer must keep any duly dated documents regarding the delivery of the product for repair and the respective withdrawal. The requirement for additional documentation will only be the result of a possible extension of SKPRO,LDA guarantee. Once replaced, the new product will be entitled to a new warranty, regardless of the warranty of the replaced item.

In the case of equipment (marketed by SKPRO,LDA) outside the warranty period, SKPRO,LDA also provides technical assistance, so it can inform and send the defective or defective articles to it. The articles will be analyzed by the SKPRO,LDA. After Sales Service, which will issue a technical opinion and its repair budget, if this is the case. Repairs will only be initiated after client acceptance of the budget.

8 - Exchanges and Returns

The customer has a period of 15 days to return the order, provided that the article has not been used and by presenting the original purchase and packaging proof. You can do this in two ways:

Note: Never send the article to Cosmekia without prior contact with the customer service line.

Return Policy:

When making a return the customer must take into account the following:

- The shipping costs are not refunded for the original receipt of the order at the address indicated by the customer, regardless of what the customer has paid or not for the shipment.

The product to be returned must be in the original state, without being used or handled, and must arrive in perfect condition in the original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use, with the corresponding receipt / invoice.

The cost of shipping to our warehouse is borne by the customer and any damages suffered by the product or merchandise.

-Return Time: up to the 15th consecutive day, from the invoice date

-The right to return will not be applied to custom products or that for reasons of hygiene or other exceptions legally contemplated are not susceptible of return.

Returns for transportation damages - The deadlines for making a claim for damages caused by transportation will be 24 hours from the date of delivery. After this period of time, SKPRO,LDA shall not be liable for any damage that may have occurred in transportation.

Cancellation Returns

Before placing an order check all the details and specifications of the product to make sure that is exactly what you want.

Keep in mind that the moment you place an order online you are entering into a contract governed by the current legislation on e-commerce and that the cancellation of orders after confirmation and shipment imply still the purchase commitment, the issuance of an invoice and consequently the refusal to receive the order at this stage, implies the debt of its value to the company, whether it has received it or not, provided that Cosmekia fulfills its part of the contract.

If you confirm the order and then regret the purchase, you can always return it within the next 14 days, the cost of shipping and returning it to the customer's charge.

 

In case of return of articles, they should be sent to the address provided within 14 days from the date of receipt

It is essential that the returned items, and their original packaging, are in the new state, accompanied by their respective sales receipt or invoice.

Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, negligence or disrespect of the manufacturer's instructions will not be replaced.

If the article is in perfect condition, but still intend to exchange it or return it because you have been wrong in choosing or the product is not what you want, this is perfectly possible only within 14 days of receipt of the material under the following conditions :

• The item must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals and extras with which it was delivered, with no signs of use or opening / damage of product packaging.

• The item will have to be returned without any use mark;

• The costs of collecting the article and possibly sending a new article (in the case of exchange) are the responsibility of the client. In this case, the amount paid will be in credit on your form after receipt of the article, we do not make returns in cash, with deduction of the cost of shipping and collection, unless the customer prefers to return the material in our installations, and there is no deduction of the value of collection of the equipment.

Whenever for any reason, the customer wishes to return the products ordered must make the communication in writing to the address of our headquarters or by email and obtain approval for such.

Incorrect product: If the delivered product does not match the one requested in the request you must communicate with us a maximum of 24 hours through the contact section of our website and we will deal with the situation as soon as possible.

Despite the efforts made by Cosmekia Portugal, some of the prices of our products may be incorrect, a situation that we will verify during the purchase process. In these cases and whenever the price of the product is lower, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform the customer by email and we will wait for your response to continue with the order or cancel it.

Cosmekia Portugal is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any information, content, affirmation or misleading expression that may appear in the information of the products commercialized in www.cosmekia.pt. The authors of the descriptive information of the products is the sole responsibility of the publishers, manufacturers and suppliers of the products in question.
